Relationship is one of the most beautiful and sacred spaces we can enter into. It's a hall of mirrors, full of illumination and transformation. Navigating this space with another person can bring out the best and worst of us. We've all been there. Join us every Sunday morning as we explore, share, and learn how to best show up for our partners (and ourselves) in ways that create space, safety, and alchemy. Our goal with these sessions is to unpack valuable techniques and practices to deepen our presence, expand our capacity for loving, and ultimately, make our relationships more fulfilling.
